The 15^th Street Residence is a well-loved home reimagined. The homeowners wanted to work with their existing house’s structure and property to create a custom home that could be enjoyed for many years to come. This desire led to an extensive home renovation to completely rework the interior and exterior of the house.

The home’s new craftsman exterior design pairs elegantly with its timeless transitional interior style. By adding curb appeal from every angle, this stunning residence can now take full advantage of the corner lot it was built on. Inside, the main was reconfigured to accommodate a magnificent new entryway with floor to ceiling paneling, a new hidden powder room, and a new dining area. There are also several extensive additions to the home, including a new second-story master retreat, laundry room and office. This incredible transformation was completed in 9 months.
