Situated in the heart of Calgary, the 48^th Avenue Residence is a reworking of the old to make way for the new. The homeowner’s desire for more natural light in the home called for the removal of walls and adding windows in their place. Additionally, three rooms were removed in order to make one fluid space for the impressive master bedroom, luxurious ensuite and office area. Stepping outside, a full exterior deck was created along with an exterior shower for the hot tub area to host friends and family in the south-facing back yard.
