Welcome to the Modern English Cottage! The homeowners of this stunning, one-of-a-kind, custom home wanted to create a fun-filled and relaxing retreat for their family to enjoy. The home’s playful patterns and bright colors are tastefully paired with its contemporary design elements, creating a beautifully distinct space tailored to the homeowners’ style and preferences.

Upon entering this home, one of the first things you will notice is that the layout was specifically designed around the property’s unique views and characteristics. On the lowest floor, the home features a spacious bedroom and accompanying bathroom, a laundry room, and an attached storage garage.

On the main floor, there are two additional bedrooms, including the primary suite. The large patio door in the primary bedroom opens to the front deck, perfect for watching sunsets or enjoying a morning cup of coffee. The jack and jill bathroom also connects to the primary bedroom and features a custom vanity with toe kick lighting, a colorful bathtub surround, and a coordinating full-height tile backsplash. And we cannot forget those timber beams, which add warmth and character to the space’s vaulted ceilings.
