It is a small space with big details, such as the staircase and its reclaimed rough-hewn timbers and cedar timber treads. Another showstopper is the dramatic fireplace feature spanning the height of the wall to the lofted ceiling. The custom metal accents throughout the home compliment the home’s modern style, adding tasteful hints of rustic flair. On the second floor, the full bathroom highlights a herringbone feature wall as well as a steam shower and lockers.

The space is not only appealing to the eye, but it is very well equipped to accommodate guests. The basement is ready with a custom set of bunkbeds to host young extended family members. Additionally, the loft was intentionally designed with more guests in mind. This magnificent home was completed in 7 months.
