Welcome to the Palliser Residence, a charming split-level bungalow that has been completely transformed and given a new lead on life. Prior to this extensive renovation, this 1970s home had a closed-concept floor plan all too common for its era. The main floor’s kitchen, dining, and living room were segmented into individual rooms, making the space feel much smaller than it was.

But the homeowners saw their home’s potential and sought to rework the layout and update the finishes throughout. During this extensive remodel, we removed the dividing walls in the common area, creating a much more open space for them to enjoy. With that, we reconfigured the kitchen and finished it off with custom cabinetry, a large new island with ample seating and counter space, new Kitchen Aid appliances, quartz countertops, and a gorgeous custom built-in hood fan.

This custom renovation also included installing durable, luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout, replacing all the outdated oak finishes with new doors, trim, and baseboards, and giving everything a fresh coat of paint. We also added a shower to the 2-piece basement bathroom, expanding the home’s potential for hosting. Last, but certainly not least, we updated the tile, cabinet door and drawer fronts, and fixtures throughout the home.
