The homeowners wanted to create a full-time residence in this peaceful, lake-side community, that is both beautiful and comfortable in the way that makes you feel right at home. With functionality and durability in mind, this well-thought-out space is built to last through the wear and tear of family life. The open concept dining and living space work hand in hand to make this dream come true with its basement’s three bedrooms and rec room. The modern farmhouse style ties the space together, featuring an apron sink, site-finished hardwood floors and timber beams, an exposed brick wall in the kitchen, and black metal light fixtures throughout. This lovely dwelling was completed in 8 months.
